Shipping
Typically, your products will ship within 1 to 5 business days from our merchandise department in Scottsdale, Arizona. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail is normally an additional 2-3 business days. International orders are also shipped via USPS and is normally an additional 6-10 business days. All orders placed after 2:30 p.m. MST will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days according to USPS guidelines.
Product Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Barrett-Jackson.com/store. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. When making a return, insure the item for it's purchase price and pre-pay the shipping charges; if the return is due to a defective item or a packaging error made by Barrett-Jackson, we will refund any shipping charges you had to pay to return the item. This does not apply to returns for sizing or style changes. All sizing or style exchanges will incur an additional shipping fee.
Except when noted, Barrett-Jackson will accept products for return or exchange under the following conditions:
- All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Barrett-Jackson before shipping any product to our offices. To receive a return authorization number, please call the merchandise department at 480-421-6694 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
- Note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange.
- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS. All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged items for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned at customer' expense.
